Gerryk grew up in landscaping. He started on job sites with his father at just nine years old, learning the craft from the ground up. Later, he earned a Bachelor's in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Innovation, pushing him to look at the industry through a more modern lens.

Gerryk is always taking classes, learning new techniques, and finding better ways to bring fresh ideas into a trade that hasn't changed much in fifty years. If a client can picture it, he will find a way to make it happen.

What services do you offer across the San Francisco Bay Area?+

We're a full-service landscape company — design, construction, hardscape, irrigation, outdoor living, lighting, turf, fencing, tree work, and ongoing maintenance. Most of our projects are end-to-end, from the first site walk to the final walkthrough.

How long does a typical landscape project take?+

From first site visit to a finished build, most residential projects run 3–6 months. Permitting (when required) is often the wild card; on-site construction itself typically takes 6–14 weeks depending on scope.

Do you charge for a quote?+

No. Initial site visits and written quotes are free throughout our service area. For larger design-build projects we offer a paid design package — credited back to you if we build the project.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?+

Yes — California C-27 Landscape Contractor #1098432, with $2M general liability and full workers' compensation coverage for our seven-person crew. Documentation is available on request.

Do you pull permits?+

Yes. We handle permitting end-to-end for retaining walls over four feet, structural hardscape, pergolas, and any work requiring inspection. Permit fees are itemized separately in the quote.

Do you take on smaller projects?+

Absolutely. About a third of our work is smaller in scope — single patios, pergolas, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, lighting upgrades. We batch smaller jobs so the crew stays efficient and the timing works for you.
